Our healthy hands-on cooking classes will empower and help you become more confident and creative in the kitchen. You don’t have to be a culinary master to be healthy! Nutrition isn’t about being perfect. It’s about setting ourselves and our kids up to win by making lots of small, positive choices. We CAN teach cooks of all ages to make good food choices. We CAN inspire others with simple, healthy lessons and tools by providing delicious, fun and interactive lessons to demonstrate healthy cooking. Adults and kids will learn simple, healthful concepts that can be used at home. We use whole ingredients and simple appliances.
